Schlage lock not locking or unlocking

I have the BE469ZP model and there are many functions not available so I'm not able to see for example who unlocked the door with a specific user code. I also can't control the alarm functions and auto-lock function (has to be done manually). I'm going to turn on the 30 second auto-lock automatically now in case this happens again in the future.
