Pc on but no display

I hooked the computer up to my monitor and hit the power button. The RGB lighting turned on and the fans activated. However my monitor is not getting a signal from the computer. I tried using display port and HDMI ports. I ensured I was using the dedicated ports on the graphics card not the motherboard ports.

Tried one different ram stick but not work. Tried boot pc without ram, but now it not restarting but still no display. Tried re-insert CPU but no lock. I also read a lot of forum posts and try solutions but it seems my case is different. Make sure all the PSU cable ends are plugged into the GPU properly and in the correct power rail of the PSU. From my previous post, I suggest that you try what is quoted above.
