Hp printer stuck on initializing

My printer is stuck on the "Initializing..." stage, I have tried everything on the forums for info on how to to undo this problem with no success. I contacted a customer support agent with hopes on solving my problems but ended up no where. Hoping for some solutions I haven't tried yet. Tags: hp color laserjet pro mfp m477fnw.
