Citing this Tutorial. Heatmaps are commonly used to visualize RNA-Seq results. They are useful for visualizing the expression of genes across the samples. In this tutorial we show how the heatmap2 tool in Galaxy can be used to generate heatmaps. The heatmap2 tool uses the heatmap.2 function from the R gplots package.
