On those Eska-based 15hp outboards, the fuel pump is a red rubberish bladder that fits into the carburetor on the flange of the carb. The impeller fins are straight when new, but they take a "set" from being bent over in the waterpump housing over time, normal, but not good. Neither one runs, but both look like brand new and came with the original manuals and hang tags from when they were sold. There is no paint loss on the prop or skeg on either motor and the spark plugs look new.
