But I would say that Butcher and Singer is a really great addition to the Philly restaurant scene. One other thing -- Gina, the General Manager, is also outstanding. She's really enthusiastic about the restaurant and what its intent is. It's a joy walking into a place where the GM is out among the patrons and clearly loves her job and the place.
