Botw infinite durability
Even if the decayed weapon has the durability buff, you are better off getting that same buff on the pristine weapons. The only thing I am not sure about are the Zonai weapons. Since they are not decayed technically. But I always figured they would have similar durability as the Ancient Weapons in BoTW.
There are definitely pros and cons of each. I guess all I'm saying is that one isn't definitively better than the other. Myself and others prefer BotW's weapon mechanics and you and others prefer a system more similar to Skyrim's. The weapon durability in BotW isn't a "broken" or "wrong" system. It's just different.
Since neither of the people who made infinite durability mods have responded yet, I'll just throw this affixes file as its own mod and people can subscribe to it as well. Using a glitch called IST, it's possible to transfer any item's durability onto an arrow count. Dividing the resulting number by 100 will give you the exact durability of the item. For example, transferring an undamaged, unmodified Hylian Shield's durability onto regular arrows will give you 80,000 arrows. Its "infinite durability" flag would not get transferred. No problemo. Also because it has the unbreakable flag it means you cant transfer the durability since for that you need to use 1 durability.
